South African Equities: Massmart, Mvelaserve, Coal of Africa

Bloomberg.com reports that Coal of Africa (ASX:CZA) was among the most active stocks today.

The story is quoted as saying:

Coal of Africa gained 30 cents, or 3.7 percent, to 8.50 rand. The Australian developer of coal mines in South Africa agreed to buy the Chapudi coal project and other exploration assets from Rio Tinto Minerals Development Ltd. and Kwezi Mining Ltd. for $75 million.
