Saskatchewan and Japan agree to work together

The Winnipeg Free Press.com reports that Saskatchewan and Japan have entered into an agreement to work on clean coal and carbon capture and storage.

The story is quoted as saying:

The province and the Japan Coal Energy Center — which represents more than 100 companies — have signed a memorandum of understanding to encourage more co-operation on the technologies
