Prophecy Coal Extends Warrants’ Expiry Date to 2013

Prophecy Coal Corp.(TSX:PCY) announced the extension of the expiry dates for four outstanding warrants. Prophecy Coal has extended the expiry date of four warrants by one year to 2013.

As quoted in the press release:

The new expiry dates will provide a one year extension. 223,650 of these warrants are held by insiders and will only be amended with the approval of the disinterested shareholders of Prophecy Coal which will be sought at the next shareholders meeting scheduled for summer, 2012.
