Power Firm May Take a Stake in Waterberg Coal Project

Mining Weekly reported that Firestone Energy’s (ASX:FSE) JV partner is in talks with a company that may invest in the Waterberg Coal Project.

The market news is quoted as saying:

Firestone said that the negotiations included a significant offtake agreement for the purchase of coal from the project for the life of the mine. However, the company noted that the negotiations were still at an early stage and that a further announcement would be made in due course.
