Patriot Coal Names Rashda M. Buttar Corporate Secretary

Patriot Coal (NYSE:PCX) announced that Rashda M. Buttar has taken on the role of Corporate Secretary in addition to her responsibility as VP & Associate General Counsel.

The press release is quoted as saying:

In her new position, Buttar will have greater responsibility for corporate governance matters, working directly with the Company’s Board of Directors, in addition to her existing duties.
