Pacific Coal announces exercise of Option to Acquire the La Divisa Mine

Pacific Coal Resources Ltd. (TSXV:PAK) announced it will acquire the La Divisa mine in Colombia.

The press release is quoted as saying:

This option agreement was exercised and as of today, Pacific Coal will retain a 100% interest in Chianto S.A., and full title to the La Divisa Mine property and operations.
