Oxford Resource Partners Announces First Quarter Distribution

Oxford Resource Partners, LP (NYSE:OXF) announced it will pay a cash distribution to its unitholders.

Oxford also announced today that it will report first quarter 2011 financial results before the market opens on Thursday, May 5, 2011. A conference call to review the results is scheduled to follow at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time.
