MMTC Seeks 600,000 Tons of Imported Coal for NTPC-SAIL Power

Bloomberg reported that MMTC Ltd. (BOM:513377) is looking to import 600,000 tons of coal for an Indian power plant.

The market news is quoted as saying:

MMTC is seeking thermal coal with a gross calorific value of 6,300 kilocalories a kilogram, total moisture content of 16 percent and sulfur content of 0.8 percent.
