Marubeni Completes Acquisition of Grande Cache

Mining Weekly reported that Japan’s Marubeni Corporation (OTC Pink:ADR) has completed its takeover of Grand Cache Coal (TSX:GCE).

As quoted in the market news:

[Grand Cache], which owns coal mines in west-central Alberta, said its shares would be delisted from the TSX “shortly”.
