KTK valued at $1.0-$1.4 bln

Kuzbass Fuel Company (KBTKI.RTS), Russia’s No.7 steam coal miner, has been valued at $1.0-$1.4 billion by the banks organising a planned share sale.

The press release is quoted as saying:

They said UBS has valued the firm at $1.0-$1.4 billion, while Troika Dialog has given a range of $1.2-$1.4 billion. The company is expected to announce plans to carry out its first large-scale listing in the near future, sources said.
