J-Power May Buy More Coal as Utility Demand Higher

Reuters Africa reported that Electric Power Development Co (TYO:9513) may increase its supply of coal.

The market news is quoted as saying:

Last month J-Power, Japan’s biggest thermal coal user, said it would buy over 20 million tonnes of thermal coal in the financial year that began this month, compared with 21 million tonnes in 2010/11.
