House revives coal-gas plant plans

The News-Gazette.com reports that a plan for a $3.5 b clean-coal gasifcation plant has come back to life.

The story is quoted as saying:

It also would be “the cleanest clean coal plant in the nation,” he said. Its carbon emissions would be buried underground although where they would go has not been determined.
