Mining Weekly reported that Coal of Africa (ASX:CZA) said hard coking coal was confirmed at Makhado and the company was looking at supplying the Indian market.
Mining Weekly reported that Coal of Africa (ASX:CZA) said hard coking coal was confirmed at Makhado and the company was looking at supplying the Indian market.
As quoted in the market news:
The company, which expected India to play a far bigger role as a coking coal consumer in the next five to 10 years, would be taking the Makhado product through to 10 to 15 potential consumers on the sub continent. The size of ships that CoAL would load at the Port of Maputo and the distance to market were also more compatible with India than with China or Japan.
