Global Earth Energy, Inc. (OTC:GLER) announced that the company, along with Modern Coal, has contracted with Abundance Coal to mine the Samuel Coal site.
The press release is quoted as saying:
The partners’ acquisition consists of three existing mines that produce a very clean, high-quality steam and metallurgical coal. The coal is produced using surface and subsurface mining operations.
