German Power Plant Coal Supply Safe in Rail Strike

Reuters Africa reported that German power plants are not concerned about widening freight train worker strikes.

Apart from Vattenfall’s nuclear and hard-coal fired plants, much of its capacity consists of brown coal plants in Saxony state, which are independent of external inputs as they rely on adjacent coal mines.
