EastCoal Inc. (TSXV:ECX) announced the filing of a technical report regarding the Ukraine-based Verticalnaya mine.

The press release is quoted as saying:

The new technical report presents an optimized plan for the development of the Verticalnaya anthracite mine. The project has a net present value of US$ 615.3 million, at a discount rate of 10%.
