Corsa Announces Completion of the Wilson Creek Acquisition

Corsa Capital (TSXV:CSO) announced that the acquisiton of  Wilson Creek Energy has been completed.

The press release is quoted as saying:

Wilson Creek, now a wholly owned subsidiary of Corsa, is based in Somerset County, Pennsylvania. Its primary business is the mining, processing and selling of metallurgical coal, as well as actively exploring, acquiring and developing resource properties consistent with its coal business
