Industrial Metals InvestingMining Weekly reported that Consol Energy (NYSE:CNX) met its planned production guidance of 15.7mt of coal in first quarter.

As quoted in the market news:
The production was in line with its guidance of between 15.5-million tons and 15.9-million tons for the March quarter and up from the 15.3-million tons that the miner produced in the previous quarter.
