Compliance Energy Gets Terms of Reference on Raven Coal Project

Compliance Energy Corporation (TSXV:CEC) announced the receipt of AIR/EISG for its Raven Underground Coal Project.

Compliance Energy’s President and CEO John Tapics said:

We have been gathering environmental baseline information on the project since mid 2009 and with this milestone now achieved we are free to complete our Environmental Assessment Applications. Submission of these Applications is expected before year end.
