Colombia Forecasts Less Rainfall for Major Coal Producers

Bloomberg reported that less rainfall is forecast to occur in Colombia and coal exports should not be affected by bad weather.

The market news is quoted as saying:

Northern Colombia’s Caribbean coast is beginning a six- month rainy season that will likely produce less precipitation compared with the same period a year ago, Maria Teresa Martinez, chief forecaster at the state-run Institute of Hydrology, Meteorology and Environmental Studies, said in an interview.
