Coal Mining Resumes in Russia Following Earthquake

Reuters reported that coal miners in Russia have been approved to restart operations following a recent earthquake.

As quoted in the market news:

SUEK, Russia’s largest coal miner, said its open- cast mines were operating normally following the earthquake that caused it to suspend operations at its sub-surface mines.
