Cleaner Coal Project to Begin Commercial Testing in Canada Next Year

The Financial Post reported that a carbon capture technology which makes coal a cleaner technology is set to start commercial testing in Canada next year.

As quoted in the market report:

Saskatchewan Power Corp. (SaskPower) hopes that a US$1.24-billion refit of its 45-year-old Boundary Dam power plant to capture carbon dioxide emissions will make investors think twice about shifting to gas-fired plants from dirtier coal.
