China, India Seeking Coal From South Africa, Universal Says

Bloomberg reported that China and India want to invest in South Africa coal after Australian floods caused disruption in coal supplies from that country.

The market news is quoted as saying:

Mining companies in India, a Chinese mining company and one in South Korea are in separate talks with Universal Coal for take-off agreements or investment.
