Chalco to Mine Coal in Qingyang City

Reuters Africa reported that Aluminum Corp of China (NYSE:ACH) Ltd will be building a coal mine in northwestern China.

The market news is quoted as saying:

Chalco signed an agreement with Tangshan Jia Hua Group to jointly develop the Luochuan coal mine, expected to produce ramp up from an initial 1 million tonnes a year when completed in 2015 to 10 million tonnes annually.
