CanAm Coal Corp. (TSXV:COE,OTCQX:COECF) announced that its mine operations have been consolidated under a common structure.

As quoted in the press release:

This consolidation will allow the Company to simplify the management structure, implement consistent policies, processes and procedures across all mines and establish a common performance measurement and accountability framework.
