    TORONTO, ONTARIO–(Marketwired – Aug. 30, 2016) – Buffalo Coal Corp. (TSX VENTURE:BUF)(JSE:BUC) (“Buffalo” or “the Company”) announces that further to the cautionary announcement dated 2 June 2016 and the renewal of cautionary announcement dated 15 July 2016, Resource Capital Fund V L.P.’s review of its strategic options in respect of its investment in the Company is ongoing.
    Accordingly, shareholders of the Company are advised to continue to exercise caution when dealing in the Company’s securities until a further announcement is made.

It holds a majority interest in two operating mines through its 100% interest in Buffalo Coal Dundee, a South African company which has a 70% interest in Zinoju.
