Aviva to Appeal EPA Decision on Central West Coal Project

Mining Weekly reported that Aviva Corporation Ltd. (ASX:AVA) said it would lodge an appeal with the Appeals Convenor after the Western Australian Environmental Protection Authority (EPA) found that the proposed Central West coal project was environmentally unacceptable.
