Alpha CEO Questions New EPA Rules

Forbes published an article in which Kevin Crutchfield, chairman and CEO of Alpha Natural Resources Inc. (NYSE:ANR), raises four questions about the impact of the new regulations proposed by the US Environmental Protection Agency.

By putting onerous restrictions on a resource that is such a vital part of the U.S. energy mix and U.S economic prosperity, the President needs to address four fundamental questions about the impact of his proposal – especially since it is being implemented by unelected regulators that are unaccountable to the people of the United States and the Congress.
