Noront Resources Begins Exploration in Ring of Fire

Noront Resources Ltd. (TSXV:NOT) announced that it’s begun an exploration program close to its Eagle’s Nest mine in the Ontario-based Ring of Fire. The company plans to test high-priority targets within 3 kilometers of the mine, initially using ground geophysics. It will proceed on to drilling if warranted.
As quoted in the press release:

The company will employ community members from local First Nations during the course of the exploration activities. This builds on the productive relationships that Noront has established with its community partners.

Alan Coutts, president and CEO of Noront, commented:
