Neskantaga Lawyers Criticize Ontario’s Decision on Cliffs Chromite Project

CBC reported that Neskantaga First Nation lawyers say Ontario’s deal with Cliffs Natural Resources (NYSE:CLF) may have broken the law.

As quoted in the market news:

Gregory McDade, with the B.C.-based firm Ratcliff and Company, said that lack of consultation threatens the entire multi-billion-dollar mining project in Ontario’s James Bay lowlands.
