Cliffs Chromite Smelter May Not Be All Good News for Ontario

Rabble reported on the controversy over Cliffs Natural Resources’ (NYSE:CLF) plans to build a chromite smelter in Ontario.

As quoted in the market news:

Many more job opportunities in the north stand to be exported if Cliffs Natural Resources gets its exemption to the Ontario Mining Act and ships chromium refining overseas.
