Kirrin Resources Inc.(TSXV:KYM) announced the appointment of Mr.Ian Tweedie to its Board of Directors.
As quoted in the press release:
Ian is a chartered accountant with extensive financial and managerial experience in both public and private companies. He has knowledge across a broad range of industrial sectors and has provided corporate finance and financial advisory services to numerous companies, including on private placements and IPO financings. Ian has board-level experience with public companies listed on the TSX Venture Exchange and NASDAQ. He has recently retired as the Chief Financial Officer and a Director of Worldplay Communications Inc.
