Stornoway Diamond Corporation (TSX:SWY) reports that the common shares of the Company will begin trading on a consolidated basis at the market opening on Tuesday, February 22, 2011.
The press release is quoted as saying:
This follows the approval of a share consolidation by Stornoway shareholders at a special meeting held on February 10, 2011, and the receipt of final approval from the Toronto Stock Exchange on February 16, 2011. The new CUSIP number will be 86222Q806 and the ISIN number will be CA86222Q8065. The Company will continue to trade under the symbol “SWY”.
