As quoted in the press release:
… the underwriters to the $5 Million bought deal private placement that closed on February 26, 2014 have notified the Company that they will not exercise the over allotment option related to the private placement. Please see the Company news release dated February 26, 2014 for details related to the closing of the private placement.
