Dominion Diamond Corp. (TSX:DDC,NYSE:DDC) announced that the Mackenzie Valley Environmental Impact Review Board (MVEIRB) has completed an environmental assessment report for the company’s Jay project. It recommends that the project be approved subject to measures described in the report.
