Harry Winston Diamond Corporation (TSX:HW,NYSE:HWD) announced its second quarter Fiscal 2013 results for the quarter ending July 31, 2012.

As quoted in the press release:

• Consolidated sales decreased 20% to $176.9 million for the second quarter compared to $222.4 million for the comparable quarter of the prior year.
• Operating profit was $16.4 million compared to $23.1 million in the comparable quarter of the prior year.
• EBITDA decreased 24% to $33.4 million compared to $43.8 million in the comparable quarter of the prior year.
