Firestone Diamonds plc (LSE:FDI) announced that it has completed the process of delisting from the Botswana Stock Exchange. It also provided the results of a share sale facility.

Firestone Diamonds plc (LSE:FDI) announced that it has completed the process of delisting from the Botswana Stock Exchange. It also provided the results of a share sale facility.

As quoted in the press release:

13 shareholders holding, in aggregate, 29,769 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the issued share capital of the Company (‘Ordinary Shares’) accepted the offer under the Share Sale Facility.  The remaining 19 shareholders holding, in aggregate, 102,231 Ordinary Shares opted to retain their shareholding, which will be transferred to Firestone’s AIM share register on or before 11 April 2014.

Once the transfer to Firestone’s AIM share register is complete, these Ordinary Shares will continue to be traded on AIM under the ticker FDI, subject to the rules of AIM.
