Diamcor Mining Arranges $3 Million Financing

Diamcor Mining Inc. (TSXV:DMI,OTCQX:DMIFF) announced a brokered private placement of $3,000,001.20 consisting of 2,142,858 units at a price of $1.40 per Unit. Roth Capital Partners has been engaged by the Company as the lead agent, and Euro Pacific Canada Inc. for the Offering.

As quoted in the press release:

Each Unit consists of one common share (a “Share”) of the Company and one-half of one common share purchase warrant (a “Warrant”). Each whole Warrant has a 3 year term and entitles the holder to purchase one Share at an exercise price of $1.80.
