Diamcor Mining Inc. (TSXV:DMI) announced a private placement on a brokered and non-brokered basis of up to CDN$3,000,000.
As quoted in the press release:
Each Unit will consist of one common share (a “Share”) of the Company and one-half of one common share purchase warrant (a “Warrant”). Each whole Warrant will entitle the holder thereof to purchase one Share at an exercise price of CDN$1.25 for a period of 36 months following the date of issuance.
