Canadian International Minerals Announces Private Placement

Canadian International Minerals (TSXV:CIN) announced a private placement of up to $56,000 consisting of flow-through units at a price of $0.07 per flow-through unit.

As quoted in the press release:

Each unit consists of one flow-through common share and one transferable share purchase warrant, each warrant exercisable into one non flow-through common share for a period of two years from the date of issue at a price of $0.10 per share.
