Foran Mining (TSXV:FOM) announced that its Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders will be held on Monday, June 8, 2015, 2PM EST at 36 Toronto Street, Suite 1000, Toronto, Ontario. Items on the agenda are election of directors, auditors, approval of a stock option plan, and a resolution to to the Advance Notice Provision.
As quoted in the press release:
Shareholders of record as of May 4, 2015 will be entitled to vote on the election of directors, appointment of auditors, approval of the Company’s stock option plan, and a special resolution to approve an amendment to the Company’s Articles in reference to the Advance Notice Provision, as more particularly described in the management information circular of the Company dated May 5, 2015 (the “Circular”).
