This week, the Fresno Nuclear Energy Group joined with leaders of the French nuclear power plant manufacturer, Areva, to promote a clean energy park in the Central Valley that would eventually include two 1,600 megawatt reactors.

“It’s very safe. The safety record for this industry for the last 20 years is impeccable around the world,” said Jacques Besnainou, Areva President.
