    Mining Weekly reports on the recent activities of Crosshair Exploration & Mining (AMEX:CXZ,TSX:CXX).

    The market news is quoted as saying:

     Canada’s Crosshair Exploration & Mining at the weekend laid into the board of ASX-listed Australian American Mining (AusAm), from which it wants to buy US uranium properties for $12.9-million in shares.

    “In Crosshair’s opinion, despite owning some highly prospective uranium assets in North America, AusAm’s Board has failed to adequately capitalise on the exploration and development of its assets,” Crosshair said in a statement.
