Uranium Resources prices stock sale at discount

Bloomberg.com reports Uranium Resources Inc.  will sell 23.8 million common shares at 42 cents each to raise $9.1 million in proceeds.

The price represents a discount to the stock’s Monday closing price of 52 cents. Shares dipped 5 cents to 47 cents in morning trading.

Underwriters have been given a 30-day option to buy another 3.3 million common shares in the event that demand exceeds initial supply.
