Uranium Resources, Inc. reports its intention to offer up to 25 million shares of common stock in an underwritten public offering.
The offering is expected to price before 9:30 a.m. EDT on Tuesday, June 22, 2010. The offering described above is being made pursuant to a shelf registration statement on Form S-3 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on May 7, 2010, which became effective on May 21, 2010. A preliminary prospectus supplement relating to the offering has been filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission today. A prospectus supplement describing the final terms of the offering will be filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
