Uranium Energy Corp (AMEX:UEC) reports it is on the verge of acquiring approval for production at its Goliad in-situ recovery project, South Texas.
According to the company, the administrative judge has findings in favour of the company on the vast majority of the issues and has also recommended the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) to allow the company to submit additional data to address limited remaining issues.
