Star Uranium Corp. Announces Approval of Consulting Agreements

Star Uranium Corp. (TSXV:SUV) reports the approval of consulting agreements.

The press release is quoted as saying:

A portion of the consideration to be paid to the consultants pursuant to the consulting agreements shall be the issuance of 428,571 common shares in Star Uranium having a value of $0.07 per share, which was calculated by the TSX Venture Exchange based on the market price of the common shares determined in accordance with the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange.
