    Fin24 reports Gordon Miller has resigned as president, CEO and a director of First Uranium.

    Fin24 reports Gordon Miller has resigned as president, CEO and a director of First Uranium.

    The Simmers Board has appointed Nico Schoeman, former group business development executive, as Interim CEO of Simmers, it said.

    Schoeman, a civil engineer by profession, joined Simmers in 2007 and played a key role in the acquisition of the Tau Lekoa Mine and the restructuring of the Buffelsfontein Gold Mine. He has also been instrumental in defining Simmers’ role in the refinancing of First Uranium, the company said in a statement.
