Pinetree Capital Ltd. reports it has acquired securities of Goldeye Explorations as at March 15th, 2010.

As a result of this transaction, Pinetree held, as at March 15, 2010, 2009, an aggregate of 11,301,000 common shares of Goldeye, including the Common Shares, and rights to acquire an additional 2,250,000 common shares of Goldeye upon the exercise of convertible securities (the “Convertible Securities”), representing a total of 13,551,000 common shares of Goldeye, or approximately 10.9% of such shares outstanding as of March 15, 2010, calculated on a partially diluted basis assuming the exercise of the Convertible Securities.
