Pinetree Capital reports that through a series of transactions ending on April 6, 2010, it has acquired securities of Rolling Rock Resources.
As a result of this transaction, Pinetree held, as at April 6, 2010, an aggregate of 7,568,000 common shares of Rolling Rock, including the Common Shares, and rights to acquire an additional 1,500,000 common shares of Rolling Rock upon exercise of certain convertible securities (the “Warrants”). In the event that the Warrants are fully exercised, the holdings of Pinetree represents a total of 9,068,000 common shares of Rolling Rock, or approximately 16.8% of all issued and outstanding common shares as at April 6, 2010, calculated on a partially diluted basis assuming the exercise of the Warrants only.
